The 5 Steps to Improving Your Health & Body God’s Way
Step 1: Real Love
Many of us eat for comfort, companionship, boredom, or emotional relief. But food was never meant to replace love. Real love comes from our Heavenly Father—and when we recognize that, our relationship with food begins to change at the cellular level.
Step 2: Real Food
You don’t need the internet to tell you what to eat. God already did. Real food comes from the garden, the field, and the market—not boxes, packages, or lab experiments. If God made it and called it good, it was meant to nourish your body.
Step 3: Real Hunger
True hunger is felt below the neck—not in the mind. Learning the difference between emotional eating and physical hunger is a key step in understanding how to improve your health and body naturally.
Step 4: Real Satisfaction
God never called us to overeat or live in discomfort. Satisfaction is learning to stop when your body has had enough—not when your plate is empty. There is no biblical command to clean your plate.
