What’s on my plate?

🍱Tuna avocado cucumber rolls:

Slice cucumbers and pat them dry

Spread (spreadable) cream cheese on 1/4 of the roll

Combine: (I eyeballed it all)
Canned tuna
Mayo
Dijon mustard
Capers
Diced red onions

Put on top of the cream cheese, then add avocado slices and tomato slices

Use a knife to lift the cucumber slices, and carefully roll then slice

Also on my plate:
🫑 sliced peppers
🍐 sliced pears
🥢 soy sauce
🥢spicy kimchi
