Coming back to Toronto felt like stepping into a full circle moment I don’t think I’ll ever be able to put into words. This is the city that shaped me, stretched me, and quietly pushed me into the version of myself that would one day build growwithjo. To stand there and meet so many of you in person, it honestly felt surreal.

I wasn’t just seeing followers, I was meeting women who chose to show up for themselves, who trusted me to be part of their journey, and who reminded me why I started in the first place. Every hug, every conversation, every smile, I felt it deeply.

I left feeling so full, so grateful, and so aware that this is so much bigger than workouts. It’s a community, it’s a movement, it’s women choosing themselves again.

Toronto, you’ll always have a piece of my heart. And to every single one of you who came, thank you for being part of mine.
