Easy Protein Bars Recipe

Ingredients
7 cups Oats
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
2 cups Fig
1 cup Honey
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsps Cinnamon
1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1/4 cup Ground Flax Seed
1 1/2 cups Almonds (chopped)
1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions
1. Stir oats, oil, and salt together in a large bowl.
2. Pour oat mixture onto a baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake 375 for 20-25 minutes,
stirring every few minutes.
3. Use immersion blender or food processor to blend fresh figs, honey, vanilla, and
cinnamon. (If using dried figs, wait to add them in the next step.)
4. Take oats out of the oven and reduce temperature to 300.
