Why Not Quit

“I want to quit.” How often do you say that statement or feel like you’re on the verge of saying it?
That’s our topic for today, and my plea is for you to not quit your health program, your exercise program. You're believing in God and how much he loves you. So, don't quit.

Today we're going to discuss why you should never quit and how to not quit. Maybe you're a mom or a dad or a maybe a pastor or a pastor's wife or maybe a missionary and you know, life is tough. You know, maybe you're sick, you're tired, you're just not feeling well.

It's tough. Sometimes the road gets hard but don’t ever quit. Maybe people are putting you down. Maybe there's just a lot of drama or trauma or whatever going on. But stop quitting. This is so important. I want to share with you that God loves you and because of that, you can be confident in your future. You can be confident with your health and you can be confident in understanding that he has a purpose for you.

God is Always with You, So Don’t Quit

There have been times I have quit eating healthy. It's like, oh, just give me the ice cream. Or just give me that pork chop or shrimp. Like I'm totally over that. But, you know, there's just been other times like, I don't want to exercise today. I'm just in a real rebellious spirit. And when we went to quit, that's where we are. We're in a rebellious spirit when we know that we should not quit eating healthy, studying God's word, relating to God on a personal basis because just as we are physical, we are spiritual. And just as we are spiritual, we are physical. We can not, there's no time period in our life that we can quit treating
