Today I want to share with you how to make these healthy breakfast bars or best protein bars. These are also called our chewy breakfast bars. And they are the perfect go to anytime you need a quick breakfast, grabbing a quick lunch, you're too busy at work, or you just need a snack for your kids or going to the sports they're doing

Let's get started making these chewy breakfast bars.

Healthy Breakfast Bars Recipe:

1-1/4 cups of applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon baking soda
Dash of salt
1 cup protein powder
Dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
1 cup quinoa flour (or any flour)
3 cups organic oats

So we mix all of this up. Now I can go ahead and add any dried fruits, raisins, cranberries, and blueberries, and so on.

So now I'm just going to shape them and we can move on. So one way to bake them would be in just an 8 x 8 pan or 9 x 13 pan and just press it down into the pan and then we will cut them up after they come out.

I can now just cut that into bars. If you do not have a dough scraper, this is one of the funnest tools ever. You could also just use a regular knife. But just go ahead and slice them into the size bars that you want. And then I will probably package these in individual serving packages so they're ready to go.
