Approximate Nutrition (1 Serving)
Using:
1 can (5 oz / 142 g) salmon or tuna, drained
½ medium avocado
Celery sticks
Protein: Approximately 30–35 grams
Net Carbohydrates: Approximately 3–5 grams
Healthy Fats: Approximately 15–18 grams
These values may vary depending on the brand of salmon or tuna and the size of the avocado.
Protein is important because it helps support:
✔ Muscle maintenance

✔ Healthy aging
The avocado provides healthy fats, fiber, potassium, and a creamy texture without needing mayonnaise, while the fresh vegetables add crunch, hydration, vitamins, minerals, and additional fiber.
