Boston Brown Bread - No Knead Bread Recipe

1-1/2 cups apple juice
1 cup raisins
Baking soda
3 tablespoons butter, softened
Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Nutmeg, salt, cinnamon powder
4 cups flour

And then I've got two pans ready to go. Just lightly greased. If you're more comfortable with it, the pans are greased and floured. That's okay too. We're gonna bake this at 350 for one hour. Definitely. It's a quick bread, but not a quick bake.
