What’s better than guacamole? Mango guacamole!

This mango guacamole recipe is so tasty, creamy, and so easy to make.

1/2 cup chopped onion
Lime juice
2 avocados, halved and cored
Fresh parsley or cilantro
Green onion
Roasted red pepper
2 mangoes, cubed

(You may add some salt and pepper for extra taste!)

This mango guacamole recipe is unlike your typical guacamole recipe because of the extra sweetness and flavor from fresh mangoes. You can make it chunky or creamy - it's all up to you!
