We get this question quite often it's how to do a detox but not spend a lot of money. Well, we're going to talk about that today. So today, I'm going to give you actually a download down below, about a one year plan and how to just plan out your health for one year.

So we've got winter, spring, fall, and summer. And so each season, if you go ahead and plan out your life, you will be able to always be ready in season and out of season. So let's just go ahead and start with winter. And winter, this is a really good time to do a one to three day detox.

Now a detox can just have, it can have several different images, it can be a one to three day fast, just a water fast. If you're saying I can't do three days of water fast, that's okay. It's totally okay. You could also do one to three days of raw vegetables, not cooked just raw vegetables. So you have vegetables for breakfast, lunch and dinner for one to three days, obviously, three days is going to be a greater effect than one day.

Your body was not meant to be kept indoors permanently for three months of winter. 10 minutes is all I'm asking you just even if you bundle up, go outside for 10 minutes and get some fresh air. I always made my kids do this and we're homeschooling one it got them out of my out of my face and just kind of like out of the house for 10 minutes.

Just get into a habit of every spring scheduling anywhere from from one day to three days to five days, and have your own personal retreat. And there are times you can do this and should do this without your family as well. So consider that. And then in the spring as soon as you can, even if it's cold outside, I want you walking in the grass. I've even walked in the snow barefoot just to kind of like okay, I got some, I got some earth under my feet.

The more we can be intentional about taking care of our mind, both spiritually and physically, the more we will be engaged with our future. Now in the center, I have also what I want you to do every single day. And that includes dry brushing, that includes exercise, minus check, where are you going with your mind, being in God's word and meditating on his word, prayer, eating real food that's not an option.

And then giving yourself credit for doing what you that you've signed for yourself to do. And then there is no time ever for ill will. We do not want to live in victim mentality. You are not a victim. You are a victor.
