Today’s Q&A topics are all about fasting and prayer for health. These are the questions I really enjoy. Because you're getting to the heart of the matter, you're getting to the meat of the subject, if we want to say that you're learning how to marinate your questions into God's word.

What you're asking is what a lot of people are asking, and it helps to understand how the body works. But more importantly, it helps to understand how the mind works, because that is where the thoughts begin. And thoughts are what lead us to eating. Thoughts are what help us to recognize hunger and recognize fullness. It is a process of other hormones going throughout our body. But it's always going to come back to what do you believe? What do you think? And are you following the principles that we're teaching you.

- Psalm 73:25-26 “Whom I have in heaven, but thee, and there is nothing upon earth that I desire besides that my flesh and my heart may fail. But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”
- Philippians 2:13. “It is God who is at work in us both to do His will and to work for his good
