Prepper Grocery Haul At Sam’s Club
What should be in your prepper pantry list? Let me share with you my top picks at Sam’s Club in this prepper grocery haul video!
1. Batteries
Although not a food item batteries are something very important to be stocked up. So each time you come to the store, remember that batteries have a 10 year shelf life so I would stock up and just get different batteries.
2. Green Tea
Green tea is loaded with health benefits, so it’s another good item to include in my prepper grocery haul at Sam’s Club.
3. Maple Syrup
4. Fruit
Having fruit is very important, so I would include this canned fruit that’s non GMO and all-natural.
5. Chickpeas
Chickpeas can be made into patties like a falafel like and made in hummus and can just be enjoyed on a salad So if you aren't going to buy canned beans just make sure it's a non BPA lining and it doesn't have to say non GMO
6. Quinoa
7. Basmati Rice
8. Worcestershire Sauce
9. Beans
10. Vinegar
Vinegar is a really good product that we need to be stocked up on for being a prepper. It can be used for killing weeds in your yard and it can be used for cleaning your home if you want to. There's so many different uses for it. There's medicinal uses you can use it for as well. It's just good to have on hand.
11. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
12. Nuts
13. Spices
14. Probiotic bars
So just be sure to look for these things when it comes to shopping for your prepper grocery haul. I hope you enjoyed
