3 3/4 cups homemade chicken or beef stock
5 Tablespoons lactose (powder form sold on amazon)
1/4 cup homemade liquid whey
1 tablespoon organic virgin coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon high vitamin cod-liver oil, or 1 teaspoon regular cod-liver oil- certified to be no mercury or low mercury.
1 teaspoon organic unrefined sunflower oil
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon acerola powder
