Without Jesus You are nothing

Two donkeys were walking down the road in Jerusalem one day.
One of the donkeys said,
"Wow, Yesterday I was carrying Jesus on my back,
People were hailing me, screaming and shouting, Hosanna! Hosanna!!

People even kept their clothes on the ground for me to walk on,
and those who did not have any clothes had to put down palm leaves for me to walk on.

But today, when I walked through the same road,
nobody recognized me, and no one even said anything to me."

The second donkey smiled and said, "Hmmmmm....

Don't you know that you are nothing without Jesus?"

Certainly, without Jesus, we are nothing.
So, if we want to become anything, or if we want to succeed in life, we must invite Jesus into our life.

We must fully depend on Jesus, without Him we have nothing, but with Him we have everything.

When we dont have Christ we have no power over sin, Satan, and we dont truly have life.


John 15:4-5 says
Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”

The Lord is our strength, He directs our lives, and He is our deliverer.
God opens doors that no man, no devil, no hater can shut!

By praying we are admitting that without Christ we can do nothing.

And prayer is turning ourselves to God in the confidence that he will provide the help we need.

Let us pray.

Heavenly Father, we are nothing without You.
We know in our hearts that You, are the most supreme power over our lives.
And that all things You do, are for our ultimate good.


We pray today, that Your consistent grace, the constant mercy of the Lord Jesus Christ, and ceaseless love of the Holy Spirit be with us always.

May the favor of the Lord our God be upon us and our household,
May the Holy Spirit shield us with abundant love and protection throughout the day!

May Lord Jesus, The True Vine, bestow favor and honor us and our family.
Loving God, pour out your love on every hurting heart and heal the wounded places in our lives


Heavenly Father You are our Rock and our Refuge!!!
We truly trust in Your power, almighty Father,
We trust in Your plans, we trust in Your timing.
We will trust You no matter what happens, because without You we are nothing.

We make this prayer through Christ our Lord. Amen
