10 MIN ABS - perfect for traveling/at home!

10 min ab burner for you guys!! I loved this one.
Tag it onto a run or workout a good burn or do it on its own. I take you through 2 rounds, but you can always restart the vid for extra rounds.
I ran 3 miles before this and decided to film this on a whim from the beach front in Nicaragua, so its great for doing anywhere and its quick!!
