Today, what we're going to discover is a food that's going to feed our brain. If you're like me, you've got a lot of things going on, and it can get kind of crazy. I need my brain to help me to think clearly keep everything compartmentalized, and yet not to be stressed.

Well, today it's all about mahi mahi. This fish is wild-caught, so you know it's good in that regard. It's very low in mercury, so we're good there as well. So if you're pregnant, you can have a serving once a week, and it's high in protein.

So mahi mahi, when you find it in the store, and you can make friends with your fishmonger and he gives you the best piece of the day, you know, you're getting good nutrition. So by this we're adding great fats for our brain. We're getting B complex, several of the B vitamins which helps us to just stabilize hormones have a better mood, and it feeds our brain so we have better cognition.

That's what getting getting the fish that God designed for us into our diet is all about. And always remember when you serve fish on the table. Take your family back to the scripture where Jesus had fish waiting on that sandbar go watch my video about this when they had been fishing all night and he had breakfast ready. And remember this is after he rose from the grave. It's a fascinating biblical account that you can share with your family.

So once you have bought the Mahi Mahi, take it home, put it on the grill, get some organic butter or maybe some organic coconut oil, saute it up cook it really good, nice and tender. I'm not into sushi so I don't eat it raw. But that's up to you. And then when you're done tap it with some freshly chopped mangoes and some freshly chopped pineapple. This is going to give you the right flavor because Mahi Mahi is a very tender sweet fish. Very delicious. It's very mild so everyone in the family can learn to love it and doesn't have that quote, fishy taste. Very popular fish. It is also called dolphin fish or I think there's another one called Dorado. But it's not a dolphin by any means totally looks different.

I hope you enjoy this video. Let me know if you try mahi mahi or if you already have your favorite recipe for using mahi mahi in your diet. Remember, we need fish once a week to build our brain to give us healthy fats, metabolism, brain function. It's all in there. Thanks for letting me share with you today. God's recipe for excellent health always includes number one ingredient God loves you have a fantastic blessed Amen day.
