Lorenzo Miguel grew up in Peru and moved to the United States after he was invited to become a church planter to a Spanish-speaking community in Michigan. Wanting to improve his English, he tried a number of different methods but found that by reading and listening to the Our Daily Bread devotional every day he became fluent in English and grew closer in relationship to God.

“I don’t know another program better than Our Daily Bread to learn English as a second language,” Lorenzo said. “To me, this is the only one for my soul, for my spirit, and my English.”

Lorenzo creció en Perú y se mudó a los Estados Unidos cuando fue invitado a plantar iglesias entre la comunidad de habla hispana de Michigan. Queriendo mejorar su inglés, probó muchos métodos diferentes pero descubrió que al leer y escuchar el devocional todos los días, obtenía fluidez en el inglés y se acercaba más a Dios.
