Your adrenal glands play a critical role in managing stress hormones like cortisol. When stress becomes chronic — whether physical, emotional, financial, or environmental — it can strain your body’s ability to regulate energy, inflammation, sleep, blood sugar, and hormone balance.

The good news? Food can help.

This Anti-Stress Soup recipe is simple, affordable, and filled with whole-food ingredients that gently nourish the body.

Stress Reduction Soup Recipe

2 cups fresh green beans
1 cup chopped celery
1 zucchini, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup organic tomato juice
1 cup filtered water
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup organic chicken broth
Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a pot. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for one hour until vegetables are tender.

That’s it.

You can adjust the consistency to your preference. If you’d like it more liquid, simply add more organic chicken broth. You may also use tomato broth, vegetable broth, additional filtered water, or whatever fits your budget and pantry. It’s flexible and forgiving.

Let it heat to a low boil, then turn it down and allow it to simmer gently. As it cooks, the flavors blend beautifully — and you’re creating something that comforts both body and mind.

This soup can be enjoyed any day, any time. It’s especially helpful during seasons of high stress, recovery, or fatigue. As your body metabolizes this nutrient-dense recipe, you’re providing key minerals and plant compounds that help bring balance to hormone function within the adrenal glands.

Remember, healing doesn’t have to be complicated. It doesn’t require expensive supplements or extreme programs. Sometimes it begins with a pot of soup and understanding what your body is asking for.
