Jesus Predicts the End (Olivet Discourse Scene)

“Well, that’s a lot,” says Simon Peter near the end of this scene. And he’s right. In a talk that’s confounded many people over the years, Jesus gave his disciples signs of his coming and the end of the age (see Matthew 24-25). While much of what he says is open to debate and interpretation, his instructions to stay alert and keep watch come through loud and clear.
