No Bake Protein Bar Recipes

BASE RECIPE:

1½ cups pitted dates

½ cup nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, or cashews)

¼ cup ground seeds (flax, chia, or hemp)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1–2 tbsp date syrup or honey (optional for stickiness)

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a sticky dough forms. Press into a pan or silicone molds. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Slice into bars.

1️⃣ Almond Joy Protein Bars
Add ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut + drizzle of dark chocolate on top.

2️⃣ Cinnamon Pecan Bars
Add 1 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon + ½ cup pecans.

3️⃣ Chocolate Walnut Bars
Add 2 tbsp organic cacao powder + ¼ cup dark chocolate chips + ½ cup walnuts.

4️⃣ Carrot Cake Bars
Add ¼ cup grated carrots + 2 tbsp raisins + ½ tsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice + ½ cup pecans.

5️⃣ Coconut Drizzle Bars
Drizzle with melted 70% dark chocolate and sprinkle with coconut flakes.

Refrigerate or freeze until firm. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
