For years, I struggled with my health.
I tried what the world told me to try. I followed trends. I counted calories. I bought the products. I exercised harder. And yet… I still didn’t feel well in my own body.
It wasn’t until I made ONE change that everything began to shift.
That one change?
I began following a Biblical way of eating.
Not a fad diet. Not another restrictive program.
But a return to simple, God-designed principles found in Scripture.
When I started applying what I call the 3 Biblical Eating Principles, my body responded:
• I focused on real, whole foods
• I stopped eating what I call “lab experiment foods”
• I simplified the way I approached meals
And slowly — steadily — my health improved.
The Bible diet isn’t about perfection.
It’s about returning to foods that are recognizable, nourishing, and aligned with how God designed our bodies to function.
