This happened when I ditched the scale...

“You’ve gotta stay consistent to see true and lasting results”<br />

I get so many questions <br />
- when will I see results? 😩<br />
-what I’m doing isn’t working, what am I doing wrong?🤨<br />
- how do I get results faster? 🤔<br />
-the scale isn’t budging!!! 🤬<br />

And trust me gal, I was there. For 4 months I saw no changes on the scale, no significant or notable progress. <br />
<br />
Then just like that, as I started to shift my mindset from “how many pounds can I lose” to “how good can I feel and what can I do today to make a small difference”, the results first started coming as confidence boosts, clothes starting to fit differently, my mindset felt like it was supporting my goals rather than criticizing how far I have yet to go. <br />
<br />
And it felt like all at once i physically started to change<br />
<br />
But it was because I was putting that work in all along. <br />
<br />
One thing that helped me tremendously with my core and tightening my natural “corset” muscles was my daily core restore workout (which can be found in my bio), and reducing my sugar/alcohol intake.<br />
<br />
But I couldn’t have seen this change or even been mentally ready for it if I wasn’t focused on consistency instead of motivation. <br />
<br />
It’s never too late to start, and it’s always a great time to keep on going. <br />
