Why should I be baptized?

Following Jesus daily demands stepping out of our comfort. Matthew 28:18-20 and baptism often leave us feeling deeply anxious about stepping forward. Reading how Jesus directed His disciples, or how John challenged the religious leaders to repent, can feel intimidating when we worry about public opinion. We want to walk faithfully without letting sudden fear keep us stuck in the shadows.
