These last few months have been quite the journey, to say the least. And the combination of several moves, the stress of a child in hospital, a pregnancy after a miscarriage and all the emotions and physical realities that have come with it...<br />

...have had a big impact on my health.<br />

While the reality of it all has presented some challenges I'm currently navigating, what it has gifted me is a new appreciation for why health matters for all, and why it can't be something we worry about when a challenge presents itself- there are so many things we can do TODAY.<br />
