Our progress up this ladder represents our step-by-step maturing process, as we learn to develop our characters towards becoming as Christlike as possible. As we have focused on one rung of this ladder at a time in this extended series, we have worked on making the connections between what our foundation is and how each step makes us more like Jesus.
