(serves 4-5)<br />
1lb Italian Sausage<br />
large onion<br />
3 cloves garlic<br />
1/4 cup of dry white wine <br />
28oz San Marzano tomatoes <br />
1 cup of heavy cream<br />
<br />
cook sausage until browned and set aside<br />
Add diced onion to pot. let cook until fragrant then add garlic. Add white Wien and let simmer for 2-3 minutes or until alcohol has evaporated. add tomatoes (I like to puree mine). add salt, pepper, and Italian seasons to taste. Add sausage back in. when ready to serve add room temperature heavy cream and let simmer for 4 mins then serve. <br />
