The Climate Intelligence Foundation (Clintel) is an Amsterdam based not for profit organization that acts as a watchdog on climate science and climate policy. It was founded by emeritus professor Guus Berkhout of the TU Delft and award winning science writer Marcel Crok. Clintel published the World Climate Declaration in 2019, which is now signed by over 1900 scientists and experts. Among them two Nobel Prize winners in physics. In 2023 Clintel published the book The Frozen Climate Views of the IPCC in which we document serious errors in the latest IPCC report.

We stand with the 30+ thousand American scientists that have stated...'There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gasses is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth's atmosphere and disruption of the Earth's climate... The proposed limits on greenhouse gases would harm the environment, hinder the advance of science and technology, and damage the health and welfare of mankind.
