There’s moments when i have no idea what to pray

There’s moments when i have no idea what to pray. They’ve been on and off for… decades 🖤 and the beauty is that that’s okay. Our prayers may be requests…expressions of gratitude or other emotions…they may be ongoing conversations…confessions…they may be a wailing cry or a mumble… our prayers may be a mixture of all of these things, grounded in knowing where our help comes from and the beauty in what He can do 🖤✨🏔️

Psalm 121:1-2 ☀️ I lift up my eyes to the hills.
From where does my help come?
My help comes from the Lord,
who made heaven and earth.
