Reflection:
This verse reminds us that we are not the ones who produce the results of our ministry, but God is. We may have different roles and gifts, but we are all working for the same purpose: to glorify God and to build up his kingdom. We should not compare ourselves with others or boast about our achievements, but rather acknowledge that God is the source of all growth and fruitfulness. He is the one who gives life and power to his word and his people. Our responsibility is to be faithful and obedient to his calling, and to trust him to accomplish his will through us.

Let us pray:
Lord, Thank you for the privilege of being Your co-workers in Your harvest field.
Help us to work together in unity and love, and to appreciate the diversity of gifts and roles that You have given to Your church.
Forgive us for any pride or jealousy that we may have in our hearts,
and teach us to humble ourselves before You and before others.
We acknowledge that You are the only one who can make things grow, and we depend on Your grace and power to do your work.
May You be glorified in everything we do and say,
and may Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.
