Following God isn’t always exciting or easy—and this is the part no one really talks about.
In today’s vlog, I’m sharing honestly and vulnerably about what it’s been like to sell our home, prepare for a big move, and walk through the emotional weight that comes with obedience. While we’re confident God has called our family to this next step, the process has been refining, exhausting, and deeply emotional—especially as a mom, a wife, and a believer learning to surrender my own dreams.
We sold our house in less than a week, and while that is such a blessing, it also comes with grief, letting go, and learning how to trust God when the cost feels high. From physical burnout and health struggles to emotional tears and doubt, this season has stretched me in ways I didn’t expect.
If you’ve ever felt the tension between obedience and sacrifice, between trusting God and grieving what you’re leaving behind—this video is for you. Sometimes following God means dying to self, sitting in the discomfort, and trusting that His plans are better than our own.
