When the office of pastor is divorced from the office of overseer, where are the qualifications for being a pastor in Scripture? 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 state the qualifications are for overseers. 1 Peter 5:7 talks about elders who shepherd. If a pastor is not an elder - where are his qualifications?
