Take Me Back [Full EP with Lyrics] - Jonathan Ogden

With lyrics that explore faith, and the wrestling of learning what real love is. The Take Me Back EP is one of my most "raw" projects, both musically and lyrically. After making a very electronic album on my laptop, this EP took a completely different turn as it was recorded all in one room with the musicians playing together at the same time. We really decided to lean into that sound and great something spacious, natural and to give the feeling of sitting in the room while the band play. For me it felt almost similar to some of the previous work I'd done with Rivers & Robots, but in a new way. These songs mean a lot to me and I hope you enjoy the finished thing!<br />
