Should Christians expect to be healed? Moments that Matter, Christian Questions
Healing was the most common of Jesus’ many miracles. By his touch, words or attention, he healed any and all ailments that were brought before him. Sometimes, those who were healed were not even in his presence. He simply spoke the word and healing took place.
In a recent podcast we observed how faith was NOT a necessary component of healing. Jesus healed the ten lepers when all they asked for was mercy. Nine didn’t even say thank you! Faith didn’t heal them, Jesus having God’s spirit along with his deep compassion healed them!

Jesus’ disciples who healed, all operated the exact same way. Here’s the question. Comparing today’s faith healers, to Jesus and his disciples, are there more similarities or differences? Do today’s healers work in public? Do they “heal them all” regardless of faith?
