Prayer When Trying to Find a Job
Heavenly Father, I believe and trust that You already know what I need, before I ask.
I am looking for a job and I truly trust that You will place me in the best position.
Not only to meet my financial needs but also to contribute to my success in future endeavours.

I need Your wisdom, your guidance to direct me along the right path.
I wish to use the gifts and talents you have given me but I need the opportunity to do so with gainful employment.

I ask that You lead me to a new job that will not only bring in financial gains but also fully utilize the abilities and experience with which you have blessed me.

Precious Lord, please be with me and Guide my steps to the company, a workplace which you've chosen for me.

Lead me to a job that I would love to do, and which adds value to my life.

Guide me to a place where the employer appreciates me and my work,
co-workers respect me and co-operate with me, 10

where the environment is safe and happy,
a workplace where the people work in peace and harmony.

Help me to find work fulfillment mentally and financially.

Gracious and loving Father, you know my capabilities, strengths and weaknesses,

therefore help me in getting the best job where I will be respected, acknowledged and have a good work culture.

Heavenly Father, as I go through the job selection procedures, I seek your blessings, grace and mercy.

Lay your Precious hands upon me, put Your words into my mouth during the interviews and grant me Your wisdom and knowledge.

Give me the words to speak and the courage to tell who I am and what I can do.

Help me to answer all questions in a way that is authentic, yet honest and true to who I am and what I have to offer.

May I leave a lasting, unforgettable impression knowing that you are always present with me. 20

I surrender myself as well as the need for a new job into Your most precious and loving hands.
Let Your perfect will be done in this matter.
