Prayer to Cast all your Anxieties to the LORD
Heavenly Father,
I come before You with a heavy heart,
burdened by the weight of anxiety
that clouds my mind
and troubles my soul.
In this moment of vulnerability,
I seek Your guidance
and Your calming grace.
Help me release the grip of anxiety
that has held me captive
for far too long.
Let Your light shine upon
the darkest corners of my mind,

Grant me the strength

I surrender my anxieties to You,
