Peace for Busy Evenings Again | Your Nightly Prayer
Your Daily Prayer
Are your evenings starting to feel like one long race?
School.

Sports.
Dinner.
Homework.
Activities.
Appointments.
Messages.
And somehow, you're supposed to keep everyone—and everything—moving.
If your schedule is full and your heart is beginning to feel frantic, tonight's Your Nightly Prayer is for you.
Tonight's Scripture
“He grants peace to your borders and satisfies you with the finest of wheat.” — Psalm 147:14
Here's something you may need permission to believe tonight:
You don't have to match the speed of your schedule.
God cares about your internal pace, not only your external productivity.
And peace isn't something you have to earn by finally getting everything under control.
Peace is given.
Even when the calendar is full.
Even when everyone needs something.
Even when tomorrow is already packed.
Philippians 4:7 reminds us that God's peace can guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Your circumstances may still be busy, but your heart doesn't have to become frantic with them.
Maybe tonight isn't about figuring out how to do everything better.
Maybe it's about asking:
What doesn't actually need to be done?
Where do you need a boundary?
Where could you create a little margin?
What pressure have you put on yourself because you're comparing your life to someone else's?
Full doesn't have to mean frantic.
🙏 What part of your schedule feels most overwhelming right now?
You can simply pray:
“Jesus, help me follow Your pace instead of the pressure around me.”
