Paul's "I Do Not Permit" Is Quite Clear - Jeff Peterson

1 Timothy 2:12's argument against women teaching and exercising authority over men is based upon a Creation reality in the next two verses. Creation is the way things are supposed to be - for all of man. Therefore, the basis for verses 13 and 14 transcends time, culture, and societal opinions.
