Established by Martin Newby in 1975, Newby Management has experienced several successions since its founding. In 1996, Martin selected his nephew, Tim, to be the company’s first successor. As he stepped into his new position as President of Newby Management, Tim became deeply aware of his calling—not just to efficiently lead the organization, but also to ensure that the ministry Martin began within his business would continue long after his departure.
