Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You today seeking Your guidance and strength. Your Word tells me to be angry but not to sin, and to not let the sun go down while I am still angry. Lord, help me to manage my emotions and act in a way that honors You, even in times of frustration. Teach me to forgive quickly and fully, just as You have forgiven me. Protect my heart from bitterness and resentment, and fill me with Your peace.
