Is your heart dissatisfied or discontent today?

In the book of Numbers we've seen the Lord redeem His people. We've seen Him provide for them, rescue them from slavery, and meet their needs time and time again. And yet, instead of looking to the Lord and trusting Him to provide just as He did before, Israel chooses to grumble and complain.
Our hearts can aften do the same. Instead of fixing our eyes on the Lord, we turn to one another to verbalize our frustration, to whine and complain. This can be dangerous, because in essence we are saying that we aren't pleased with God's decisions and provisions.

Whether we are leaders or followers, may we turn our hearts to the Lord and say, "I am content with what You have given me and where You have put me. I trust You, I will follow You, and I will be satisfied with what You provide." 🙏💙
