New foot bridges in Uganda
"Especially when you are going to school, it's very hard for us because at times the wooden bridge sometimes, it breaks and you can't pass. I'm not afraid to cross that bridge now, because it's very strong and stable for us to pass."
In Uganda, where flooding has damaged roads, bridges, and school access, families often face obstacles that affect not only education but also daily life.
Through the Care For Humanity initiative of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ), in partnership with the Felix Y. Manalo Foundation, new footbridges have been constructed and donated in communities such as Kasokoso, helping provide safer access to education, opportunity, and hope for residents.
This project is part of the Church's ongoing humanitarian efforts across Africa, aimed at providing lasting solutions that uplift communities and improve lives.
