and be sure to mention my channel in their post purchase survey! Preparing for a home birth is all about the little details that make a big difference in comfort and peace of mind. Join me as I navigate the final weeks of my second pregnancy, from nesting and meal prepping to setting up my postpartum recovery station. We are officially in the home stretch and I am doing everything I can to feel ready for baby number two!
In this video, I am sharing my full nesting routine and how I am preparing differently this time around. After a surprise early arrival with my first baby, I am focusing on being fully prepped by week 38. I walk you through our new natural mattress setup, my bedside labor essentials, and the specific snacks I am freezing to help with postpartum recovery and breastfeeding. My sisters also stop by to help me make padsicles and lactation muffins to stock the freezer!

We also dive into a pregnancy Q&A where I answer questions about birth playlists, birthing tubs, and how to manage a home birth while living in an apartment. Plus, I share a look at my postpartum cart and the tools I am using to help with baby positioning, like the mile circuit and birth sling, as we get closer to the big day.
