Longing to Worship | Psalm 74–90 | Our Daily Bread Video Devotional
It is such a blessing that church is so accessible to us and yet, because of that, it can easily become routine. As something happens that interrupts the routine—vacation, sports games, holidays—it’s easy for church attendance to be the first thing to go. As we read in the Bible, this was not the same experience that the first disciples had as they journeyed to far away and hard to reach destinations just to worship God.
