What happens when leaders don’t listen well? And is there any hope for leaders who do struggle to listen? As we look at how Jesus developed Peter’s leadership in the Gospel of John, we discover that Peter had an issue with listening. In this session, we’ll examine Peter’s life and ministry to discuss embracing humility and looking to Jesus and focus on practical ways to incorporate listening into our daily lives. We want to listen with greater intentionality to our teammates, the people we serve, and certainly our Good Shepherd Himself.

Melissa Spoelstra is a Bible teacher and author who is madly in love with Jesus. She is passionate about studying God’s Word and helping women of all ages to seek Christ and know Him more intimately through serious Bible study.
