Key Marks of a Missional Church - Rick Hill

While every church is faced with the temptation of turning inwards, this workshop, in contrast, will explore the key marks of missional churches – those who look up and reach out. Through the early chapters of Acts, we consider the key dynamics at play in the dynamic mission of the early church and reflect on how these marks can be present in churches today to enable them to be both active and effective in the mission of God.

Rick Hill is a speaker, author and leader based near Belfast, Northern Ireland. Rick serves as Executive Secretary of the Council for Mission in Ireland within the Presbyterian Church. He is the author of Deep Roots of Resilient Disciples and serves as an elder in Carnmoney Church. Rick is married to Sarah, they have three young children, and in his spare time, he enjoys running.
