Heavenly Father,
I welcome You into this day. Thank you for being ever present, ever loving, ever true. Thank you that through Jesus, I’ve come to experience the greatest love ever known, and I get to have the peace that surpasses all understanding.
Reign in my heart and my mind. May I feel every moment of today, knowing You are with me and You’ve gone before me. The weather, my guests, my vendors, my family and friends: they are all in Your hands.
May I not worry about anything. Everything is out of my control, and I pass the reins to You. No matter what goes wrong, help me remain present in the truth that my love story is unfolding before my very eyes, and You are the One who orchestrated it.
I am grateful.
