Is it a sin if I ? Part I Moments that Matter, Christian Questions
There are two easy things to understand about sin. First, Jesus died for all sins, Adam’s as well as ours. 2nd, biblically, sin means “to miss the mark”. Anything less than perfection is sin. As Christians, our job is to use these two understandings as guideposts for how we live our lives. In a recent podcast we asked several “Is it a sin if I…” questions.
Is it a sin if a woman wears artificial fingernails, jewelry, or makeup? C’mon, really? These things have long been a fundamental part of our culture. Yet the Bible does have several scriptures that can be understood to mean that they’re inappropriate for Christians. Our examination of these questions should be scriptural and thoughtful.

Is it a sin if a man dresses like a woman? While this may be easier for Christians to define, it still needs careful consideration. Accurate understanding on such matters needs to be clearly based on any and all biblical principles that apply!
