Years later, music unexpectedly entered the picture again.

The better question became:

What does God want from this now?

Maybe that’s the question you need tonight too.

Picking something back up doesn’t mean you have to chase the same definition of success you once did.

You’ve changed.

Your priorities may have changed.

Your relationship with God has grown.

And perhaps your why needs to change too.

Instead of asking:

Will this succeed?

Ask:

Can I faithfully follow God here?

Instead of trying to control the outcome, take the next obedient step and surrender the results.

You can simply pray:

“Lord, purify my motives, lead my next step, and help me leave the results with You.”
