I have had so much fun reflecting and planning for the new year. It truly feels like I am dreaming from a place of rest & joy instead of unrealistic expectations or striving. New Year’s resolutions used to be so daunting to me because I didn’t trust myself to follow through with these crazy performance based goals. This year is different.
