Typically when it's in pre already put together spices, the cost can be higher than it needs to be, we can make our own with the spices we already have on hand. And that's what I'm going to teach you today. So we're going to do that. <br />

Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix Recipe<br />
1/4 cup cinnamon<br />
2 tbps ground ginger<br />
2 tsps nutmeg<br />
2 tsps clove<br />
2 tsps allspice<br />

You can vary this up to however you enjoy it the most. All of these, like I said, are antioxidants. And they've all been proven to help us with memory focus, and less anxiety. So all right, that means we need some pumpkin pie spice and everything we make this fall. <br />

Pumpkin Fall Smoothie Recipe<br />

1-1/2 cup coconut milk<br />
1 apple, sliced<br />
1 banana, chopped<br />
2 tbsps dehydrated pumpkin<br />
1 tbsp pecan<br />
1 - 2 tbsps pumpkin pie spice<br />
1 serving protein powder<br />
